About Kristen

Kristen is a graduate of Alberta College of Massage Therapy, where she earned her 2200 hour Massage Therapy diploma and was awarded honours with distinction. After spending nearly 15 years helping people as a 911 operator, Kristen was inspired to become a massage therapist partly due to her experience as a client! As a former sufferer of chronic tension headaches, Kristen knows first hand the importance of identifying and treating the cause of pain, not just the symptoms, and is passionate about working with clients to achieve lasting results and improve their quality of life. When she is not busy with her new career (still helping people, just in a much different way) Kristen enjoys chasing after her kids, hanging around with her dogs in the sunshine, and attempting to achieve balance by practicing yoga. Kristen is full of knowledge and enthusiasm, and is excited to be a member of the team of professionals at Airdrie Physiotherapy and Massage, to help you feel better!
