“This was a very unique experience. Kristen has a vast array of knowledge and experience and education in a variety of different genres. She was able to use her knowledge to assess me and start working on my body. I’m a tough case and she didn’t miss a beat. I think if you have never had this type of healing before, my advice would be to go with a very open mind as it is different but the more you open your mind the more you will gain from it. I admit that there’s a lot of words that I have no idea what they are, but I don’t need to know because I am not a practitioner like she is and Kristen just knowing what everything does and how it is all connected was very reassuring to me.
