Kristen has been in the holistic health industry as a RMT since 2004. In 2012 Kristen took her first Touch for Health course and since then has taken over 2000 hours of Specialized Kinesiology mostly focusing on nervous system and brain function as well as the immune system. Kristen is a certified Touch for Health Instructor in 2020 and is excited to share her knowledge.
This assessment and session will include the use of muscle monitoring to get to the root of your concern, whether your concern is physical, emotion, or biochemical.
