Krista's journey into holistic health began in 2011 when she started working as a caregiver at Community Living Victoria. For over 14 years, she has supported individuals with a diverse range of medical, physical, cognitive, and behavioral challenges. This hands-on experience deepened her understanding of how lifestyle changes and preventative medicine can profoundly impact health.
Krista founded Tonify Wellness, where she draws on her experience to offer personalized holistic care. In the clinic, Krista has experience treating digestive issues, mental and emotional health, various types of pain (from chronic to acute), and women’s health. By integrating Eastern and Western health practices with a focus on dietary therapy, she creates tailored treatment plans that focus on restoring balance, alleviating symptoms, and promoting long-term wellness. She uses a light touch in the clinic, taking her patients step by step through the treatment.
Krista is passionate about educating her clients on the power of healthy living and sustainable lifestyle changes. She works closely with individuals to help them reach their wellness goals, empowering them to take control of their health and well-being.
Outside of her practice, Krista enjoys hiking with her dogs, going to the beach and preparing nourishing meals for friends and family—activities that help her stay balanced and grounded in her holistic approach to life.
