Krina graduated as valedictorian from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in North York, Toronto. She is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac), certified by the CMTO.
She is passionate about helping individuals prioritize their physical health and overall well-being. Krina takes a client-centered, evidence-based approach to care, tailoring each treatment to the individual’s needs while providing personalized self-care recommendations aligned with their goals.
With training in a wide range of massage techniques and modalities, Krina has developed a strong understanding of the human body. Her treatments may incorporate methods such as Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and other advanced therapeutic techniques.
Krina believes in the body’s natural ability to heal and adapt. She uses acupuncture as an effective tool in the management of arthritic and neurological conditions. She also emphasizes education, guiding clients on posture, pain management, and long-term wellness strategies.
Dedicated to empowering her clients, Krina strives to support lasting health improvements and positive lifestyle changes.
Outside of her professional work, she enjoys adventure sports, escape rooms, painting, reading, and staying up to date with the latest advancements in health and wellness.
