Kirsten is a Registered Massage Therapist and Manual Osteopathic Therapist who believes the body functions best when all of its systems are working together. She takes a whole-person approach to care, looking beyond the site of pain to better understand the underlying patterns contributing to pain, restriction, and dysfunction. With advanced training in therapeutic massage, manual osteopathic therapy, and a variety of gentle manual therapy techniques, Kirsten tailors every treatment to each client's unique needs. Her goal is to reduce pain, restore movement, support a well-regulated nervous system, and help clients return to the activities they enjoy with greater comfort and confidence. Kirsten has a special interest in persistent pain, nervous system health, and helping clients understand the connection between the body's different systems. She values building genuine relationships with her clients and believes healing begins when people feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their care. Outside the clinic, Kirsten enjoys spending time with her family, reading, exploring natural wellness, and spending time outdoors. She values faith, family, and lifelong learning, and believes good health creates more opportunities to enjoy the people and moments that matter most.
