About Kirsten
Hello! My name is Kirsten Ostler, and I am a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC). CCC’s are registered members of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). As a certified counsellor, I am bound by the CCPA’s code of ethics, standard of practice, and disciplinary procedure. I am also required to update my skills regularly to maintain my certification.
Counselling is not “one size fits all”, so I take an integrative approach. We will work together collaboratively to determine which methods fit best for you. Possible approaches include:
