Kirsten graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2016. She has always been fascinated by human anatomy and kinetics. She believes patient education is the key to a healthy lifestyle and has always enjoyed sharing her knowledge of the human body and empowering patients to participate in their health by incorporating stretching and strengthening to prolong the benefits gained from treatment. Some of the conditions she has a passion for treating are headaches, whiplash, tendonitis, pregnancy and sports related injuries, although she is constantly educating herself on a wide variety of other conditions. During your treatment with her, she will use a variety of techniques including but not limited to deep tissue, trigger point therapy, active release, and myofascial release techniques. Kirsten believes in finding the best customized treatment plan for each individual to meet both their short-term and long-term treatment goals.
When Kirsten is not at work, she enjoys adventuring and picking up new hobbies. She loves to travel to new places and take part in new experiences whenever she can, and at home she loves to take care of her family and her school-aged son. She looks forward to working with you!
