Kiren graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Master of Physical Therapy after completing her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University. Growing up playing multiple sports—and managing her own injuries—sparked her passion for physiotherapy and understanding human movement. She has experience treating a wide range of conditions, including orthopedic injuries, work-related injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and sports-related issues. Kiren takes an individualized approach to care, incorporating manual therapy, exercise prescription, and dry needling (IMS). She is passionate about working alongside her patients to help them achieve their goals and move better, pain-free. Outside the clinic, Kiren stays active through spin, volleyball, weight lifting, and enjoys traveling.
