About Kirby

Kirby grew up just outside of Vancouver and completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia. She started to grow her interest for exercise prescription while working with clients in a functional rehabilitation setting. Continuing her growth mindset, she then pursued further education at McGill University while living in Montreal where she completed her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. Kirby is passionate about empowering people to move and rediscover their fullest potential. She is currently pursuing her Diploma in Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy and applies an individualized treatment approach combining manual therapy techniques, IMS/dry needling and tailored exercise prescription. Kirby has advanced training for treating dizziness, vertigo and vestibular conditions. Outside of physiotherapy, Kirby enjoys running, swimming, weight training and sports like golf, basketball and snowboarding.
