About Kinnari
Hi, I’m Kinnari Desai, a licensed physiotherapist with over 23 years of experience in the field and has since worked in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, long term care communities and private practices.
My areas of expertise include geriatric care, falls prevention, neurological disorders, and post surgery rehab. I have experience treating a wide range of physical conditions and injuries. I work with patients of all ages and backgrounds, from athletes with sports injuries to elderly individuals recovering from surgery or managing chronic conditions.
My educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and additional certifications in Acupuncture. I have also completed specialized training in fall prevention, P.I.E.C.E.S, walker and wheelchairs assessments, Soft tissue releases to name few.
When working with my patients, I take a personalized approach that takes into account each patient’s unique needs and goals. I use a combination of manual therapy, exercise, and education to help my patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and maintain their independence.
My goal is to help my patients live their best lives by staying active, healthy, and engaged.
