Kimberly is a Registered Massage Therapist with seven years of experience, currently continuing her studies in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She focuses on creating a nurturing space for restoration, balance, and nervous system support and specializes in Women’s Health. Her work bridges Eastern and Western approaches to wellness, integrating therapeutic massage with Yoga, Reiki. She also has over a decade of Aerial Silks and movement practices so she knows what an active body requires for restoration. This unique combination allows her to offer sessions that are both deeply restorative for an active body and energetically attuned. She offers Swedish Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Rose Oil Facial Massage, Abdominal Massage, Reiki Flow Massage (60 minutes massage with 15 minutes Reiki), Cupping Therapy (for areas that require more release) and optional Aromatherapy as part of her practice.
