About Kimberly

Whether you’re new to Reiki or already familiar with energy work, Kimberly offers a warm and supportive space to slow down, reconnect, and simply receive. As a Usui Reiki Master with a background in Raja Yoga and meditation, Kimberly brings a calm, intuitive approach to each session. Her work is centred around relaxation, energetic balance, mindfulness, and creating space to reconnect with yourself. Before moving more deeply into wellness and holistic practices, Kimberly spent many years working in corporate sales and understands firsthand how busy, demanding seasons of life can affect our sense of balance. This experience continues to shape her approach, making her sessions welcoming, grounded, and accessible. Kimberly is also the founder of Purple Lotus, where she creates artisan mala meditation beads and gemstone jewelry and offers workshops centred around intention, mindfulness, and meaningful connection. Her love of crystals and intentional living naturally weaves into her Reiki practice and wellness offerings.
