I am a Registered Social Worker, with over 20 years experience. I have spent my career working with both adolescents and adults. I offer an integrative approach that combines different modalities and therapeutic tools to fit your individual needs and goals. I am also a Certified Personal Training Specialist - passionate about fitness and the benefits of physical activity. I am a firm believer that mental health and physical health are inter-connected. Research shows the positive impact of exercise on mental health and my goal is to FUSE counselling and physical activity through the delivery of mental health-informed physical activity interventions.
