Learning, reading, experiencing are all things that excite me. I am a human that feels big and is endlessly curious. At the core of my work is the belief that healing happens in relationship—both with ourselves and with others. By creating safety, deepening awareness, and reconnecting with the body, therapy can support greater integration, more choice, and a stronger sense of belonging within yourself and in your life. I love the outdoors, travelling, fresh food and cooking, camping, cheering my children on at sports events and new adventures. I am a dedicated wife and mother on a quest to improve my relationships every day.
