Hello! I am a Registered Psychologist with extensive experience providing mental health services to Albertans. I have a passion for working with adult individuals to address: trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, emotion regulation, relationship concerns, life transitions, and grief/loss. I have specialized training targeted to help support you with these challenges including EMDR, Sensorimotor Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I also integrate Equine Facilitated Mental Health (EFMH) services for those curious to explore how horses and nature can invite in a unique capacity for deep and meaningful healing. My approach is relationship focused to offer you safe and supported treatment involving genuineness, empathy, warmth, humor, and acceptance. I see my role as therapist is to walk beside you, helping to clear a path for you to discover your needs and goals. We will work together to nurture your inner wisdom and skills, while also building new ways to cope. I believe you are survivor, and that thriving beyond surviving is possible.
