I believe powerful healing can take place when our stories and emotions are witnessed and validated. As a therapist, I aim to create a warm and safe landing space for you that is full of unconditional acceptance. A place where old wounds, both big and small, can be brought into the light, and our authentic selves can come out from hiding. My work is collaborative and holistic, integrating body, mind, and spirit, and I welcome all parts of you, even (especially!) the angry, rejected parts. I’m an endlessly curious person who is deeply committed to my own growth, and I know how vulnerable it can feel to sit on the other side
