Kim Sinclair is a graduate of Sir Sandford Fleming College (Class of 2006) with nearly two decades of clinical experience. She is dedicated to helping her clients move beyond daily physical limitations so they can truly thrive. While highly skilled in traditional therapeutic care, Kim’s practice features a specialized clinical focus on sports recovery, chronic back pain, and complex shoulder conditions. To elevate her treatments, Kim has expanded her toolkit by becoming a Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist (FST). This advanced, table-based assisted stretching method targets stubborn joint capsule stiffness and deep fascial restrictions that conventional deep-tissue work alone cannot always reach. By seamlessly blending her expert anatomical knowledge as an RMT with the decompression and oscillating movements of FST, Kim creates highly customized protocols. Her approach effectively unlocks frozen shoulders, decompresses tight lower backs, and accelerates athletic muscle recovery. Whether you are dealing with chronic tension, recovering from an injury, or simply in need of relaxation, Kim tailors each session to your unique needs. Her goal is always to create a supportive, comfortable space where you can unwind and feel cared for. Outside of the clinic, Kim enjoys spending time outdoors—playing sports, walking, and exploring nature with her family and dog.
