With continuing education in pregnancy and postpartum care, C-section scar rehabilitation, and reproductive and digestive health, Kierra brings a deep understanding of the body through transitional times. She has a special interest in abdominal massage and integrates this gentle, effective modality into her work to support clients dealing with menstrual challenges, fertility concerns, digestive issues, and post-surgical recovery. Her treatments are rooted in trauma-aware, evidence-informed practices, always tailored to meet each person’s unique needs—whether that’s relief, regulation, or restorative care. Outside the treatment room, Kierra is a clinical instructor and supervisor at First College, where she supports the next generation of RMTs. She’s also a proud boy mom, lifelong learner, and devoted curler. Her commitment to growth, community, and compassionate care shines through in all she does.
