I completed my Massage Therapy Diploma at the Southern Alberta Institute of Massage in Medicine Hat, in 2020. Originally, I chose Kinesiology as a career path, before making the switch to Massage Therapy, half way through my degree. Sports has been a big part of my life, specifically basketball. I've had the opportunity to play 4 years of college basketball, and most recently finished my playing career with the Keyano Huskies in 2022.
Playing competitive sports for many years, helped me realize how important it is to take care of your body. I strive to help all my clients attain a healthy, pain-free lifestyle.
I specialize in therapeutic, relaxation, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy, and will soon be continuing my education in other modalities.
When I am not in the treatment room, I enjoy staying active with both indoor and outdoor activities. Coaching young athletes will always be one of my favorite things to do though!
