Kiahna is a passionate Registered Massage Therapist with a deep commitment to enhancing the well-being of her clients.
Her journey into massage therapy began with a fascination for the human body and its incredible ability to heal. Graduating with honours from Mohawk College, Kiahna not only excelled academically but also served as a peer tutor, which enriched her understanding of various techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue, and myofascial release. Her empathetic approach and keen understanding of the body’s mechanics allow her to tailor each session to the unique needs of her clients.
Kiahna believes in a holistic approach to health, focusing not only on physical relief but also on emotional and mental well-being. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to relax and rejuvenate, Kiahna is committed to providing a personalized and effective treatment plan.
Outside of the clinic Kiahna enjoys staying active through hiking and connecting with nature, which further informs her practice.
