“I've been coming to Refresh Health and Wellness for the past four years, and i honestly can't recommend this place enough. Every visit has been a great experience, and it's one of those places where you genuinely feel that everyone cares about your well being. A special shoutout to Harleen and Laraib at the front desk. They are absolutely amazing, always welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They make every appointment so easy, greet you with a smile, and make you feel like more than just another patient. Their kindness and professionalism really set the tone for every visit. A special thank you to Khurshid Patel for the incredible physiotherapy care. What I really appreciate is that he doesn't just treat the pain, he takes the time to understand and focus on the root cause of the problem. His approach is thoughtful, thorough, and it's made a huge difference in how i've recovered over the years. You can tell he truly wants his patients to get better. I also had a massage with Lesley for my sciatica, and it was amazing. She really understood the areas that needed attention and worked through them with great care and skill. I left feeling significant relief, and it made a noticeable difference. I highly recommend booking a massage with her if you're dealing with muscle pain or tension. If you're looking for a clinic that genuinely puts patients first, you should definitely give Refresh Health and Wellness a try at least once.”
