Khan Khounxay is a RMT who holds a Bachelor of Science (Specialized Honours) degree from York University in Kinesiology and a diploma in Massage Therapy from RCCMT. Khan has a strong understanding on a variety of health and fitness related topics.
Khan is trained in soft tissue therapies. He uses a wide variety of techniques and treatment options such as joint mobilization, soft tissue therapy, progressive rehabilitation exercises, and joint/motor control patterns. Through the years, he has also developed a keen interest in the treatment of knee/shoulder injuries in addition to neck and back pain complaints
