About Khadija

With over 5 years of experience in mental health, supporting children, youth, adults, and families, Khadija is a compassionate and creative therapist who believes that healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported. She is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, as well as a Diploma in Arts-Based Therapy. Khadija combines talk therapy with creative approaches like music, art, writing, and movement to help people explore their stories and emotions in ways that feel natural and comfortable. She works with those navigating anxiety, low mood, life changes, relationship struggles, loss, or feelings of being “stuck.” With couples and families, she gently guides conversations to help improve communication, rebuild trust, and create stronger connections. She creates a space where it’s okay to be vulnerable or unsure and where small steps forward are always celebrated. Her approach is culturally sensitive and flexible, shaped by each person’s unique background and pace. Fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati, and familiar with Urdu, Khadija is committed to making therapy accessible and welcoming for people from diverse communities. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your relationships, she will meet you with care, creativity, and compassion as you work toward growth and healing.
