My path into massage therapy began with a simple desire to help the people around me feel better. Growing up active and connected to sports, I developed a deep appreciation for movement and the body’s natural ability to heal. When members of my family faced serious health challenges such as cancer and heart disease, it strengthened my commitment to learn everything I could about supporting recovery and wellbeing. I first began offering bodywork to friends and family, and I quickly realized how natural this work felt to me. My hands seemed to intuitively recognize where the body needed care. That experience led me to a profession that continues to inspire and fulfill me every day. In my practice, I focus on creating a calm and supportive space where you feel truly heard. I take time to understand your concerns, goals, and lifestyle so we can work together toward meaningful and lasting improvements in your health. My approach blends evidence-based massage therapy with holistic perspectives that recognize the deep connection between body and mind. I am particularly inspired by the healing traditions of massage, meditation, and yoga, which modern research continues to validate. I am a lifelong student, continually learning more about movement, meditation, and mind-body health. Outside the clinic, I love being in nature—hiking, kayaking through local kelp beds, and walking the waterfront with my partner and our energetic Jack Russell while watching seals and eagles along the coast. It is a true privilege to support your health and wellbeing.
