About Kevin

Hello there, I’m Kevin, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Business from St.FX University. I’m also a Certified Ontario Teacher with over a decade of experience supporting youth and adults through both educational and therapeutic settings. I work with neurotypical and neurodivergent teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. While using a trauma-informed lens in my work with all clients, I incorporate modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), as well as the Gottman Method and the Developmental Model for couples work. My approach is practical, relational, and movement-oriented — helping clients find momentum when life feels stuck. Using a blend of modalities, I am eager to help clients understand their inner world, create lasting change, and strengthen communication and connection. In addition to my clinical work, I bring a unique background in outdoor education. As a whitewater canoe guide, ski and snowboard instructor, and wilderness first responder, I understand the power of movement and environment in fostering growth and resilience. I provide therapy in person and online, with daytime and evening sessions available.
