As a Registered Social Worker with over a decade of specialized experience, I provide a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space where we can work together to build resilience and rediscover joy. I believe that counselling is deeply relational. My passion and privilege are to truly listen to your story, offer meaningful feedback, and collaborate with you to achieve your personal goals toward wholeness.
Having immigrated from China to Canada, I bring a deeply empathetic, culturally attuned lens to my practice. I support adults through individual, couples, family, and group therapy, and I am proud to offer counselling in both English and Mandarin (普通话).
My Background:
• Master of Social Work (MSW) | Registered Social Worker (RSW)
• MA in Addiction Studies (Completed in Ireland)
• Over 12 years of dedicated mental health & addiction treatment experience (since 2012)
Outside of the clinic, I love spending time with my family—learning, growing spiritually, actively engaging with our local community, gardening and playing tennis.
