Keshia Paragas is a dedicated graduate from the CDI Registered Massage Therapy program. During her studies, she worked with a considerable number of patients, finding eagerness in learning how the body moves, and using evidence based techniques to improve functional mobility.
Her approach to massage therapy is client-focused and revolves around the use of myofascial release, swedish massage and trigger point therapy to support patients through relaxation, rehabilitation and preventative care. Always tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of clients, fostering overall well-being.
