Kerrin enjoys working with active individuals of all abilities, from recreational athletes to those training for competitive sport. As a long-distance runner and hybrid fitness enthusiast herself, she understands the physical demands of training and enjoys helping patients optimize performance, prevent injuries, and return to doing what they love. Kerrin also has a special interest in women’s health including additional training in pelvic floor physiotherapy, pre- and post-natal care, and conservative care for infant feeding challenges.
