About Kennedy

###Meet Kennedy Registered Provisional Psychologist Sometimes we can feel overwhelmed with the stresses and challenges in our lives. Unsure of where to begin, we can feel stuck and unable to see a way forward. I aim to create a therapeutic space for you to bring all parts of yourself and unpack your unique world piece by piece. As we explore the chapters that came before this one, I hope to help you regain the confidence and resilience you need to face your challenges and fears. With a compassionate ear, I strive to create a space where my clients feel safe, valued, and seen while we explore your story. As you become more aware of the patterns and themes in your life, I admire seeing the progression in my clients during our time together as they embrace personal, emotional, spiritual, and mental progress. I am honored to lend a shoulder and be a part of your journey as you pursue change and growth.
