Born and raised in Newfoundland and Labrador, Kelsie completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at Memorial University of Newfoundland before advancing to the Masters of Science in Physiotherapy program at Dalhousie University. Kelsie has completed extensive post-graduate training in pelvic health rehabilitation and enjoys working as a lab instructor for Pelvic Health Solutions. She prides herself on being a gender-affirming, trauma-informed Physiotherapist with a passion for helping people with pelvic floor issues like bladder/bowel control, sexual dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, and/or persistent pelvic pain. She can provide care for anyone pre-post abdominal or pelvic surgeries. She has additional training in pre/post natal care and breast/chest feeding. In her spare time, Kelsie enjoys staying active with her family through swimming and hiking.
