I believe everyone has their own unique story, innate resilience, and their own capacity to grow. You are the expert on your life, and as a counsellor, I see my role as assisting you in building a space where self-exploration, understanding, acceptance, and change feels possible.
My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, respect, and empathy, and draws on trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based approaches. In practice, that means I’ll follow your pace, work in collaboration with you, and pay attention to what is already working in your life.
I completed my Master of Education in School and Counselling Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan in 2026. I work with adults across a variety of challenges, whatever brings you in is welcome here. I have particular experience supporting adults with disordered eating and eating disorders.
I understand how much courage it takes to reach out. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you on this journey.
