Since graduating from Victoria’s West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2014, Kelsey has worked in a variety of clinic and spa settings. These positions have granted her the opportunity to treat a diverse group of patients including prenatal through postpartum, athletes, repetitive strain injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain.
Kelsey’s technique is therapeutic yet relaxing; she tends to focus on preventative and maintenance care for her clients by using myofascial release, general swedish techniques, trigger point therapy, pain and stress relief, as well as active and passive modalities. She has developed an interest in myofascial release techniques and tries to incorporate these techniques into each treatment depending on the individuals’ needs. Kelsey strives to provide each client with a personalized treatment that will help them achieve their therapeutic goals and maintain their overall health. She looks forward to meeting you!

“Best massage I’ve had. The atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing as soon as you come in. They give you the option to pick one of multiple essential oils for aromatherapy during your massage which smelt amazing and added a nice personalized touch. My massage with Kelsey was perfect.
