I wanted to be a couple months into physio before leaving a review just so I really had time to see how things would feel and change! Elle physio came highly recommended and I can now say I really recommend them myself! I’ve been seeing Kelsey after the birth of my second baby. I had heard about pelvic floor health but didn’t know a ton about it or how important it would be. I knew I had diastasis recti after my first and tried to work on it with a fitness coach before my second pregnancy. Fast forward to now, my family doctor recommended I do some pelvic floor physio after she diagnosed me with a cystocele at my 6 week postpartum appointment after my second baby. I booked in with Elle physio right away and was placed with Kelsey. She’s been so incredible! I truly feel a difference in my scar after tearing during delivery, a lot less heaviness and bulge and my core and glutes are already feeling a little stronger this last week or two. She’s given me a ton of awesome exercises to work on various muscles that weaken during pregnancy, through labour and delivery and postpartum. She really makes sure to explain things well and discusses the importance of breathing properly. If we decide to have a third child, I will absolutely continue seeing Kelsey through that pregnancy and postpartum. Elle is such a great business and Red Deer is so lucky to have it! I’ve heard great things about all of the women that work there from other friends too. Thank you Kelsey for being so kind and patient through my visits! So excited to continue this journey :)

After dealing with awful pelvic floor dysfunction for decades, Kelsey Moreau at Elle has absolutely saved me. The Elle experience is so calm, supportive, gentle and based on next level training, and years of experience. I feel like a different person, the change is that thorough. Thank you, Kelsey, and Elle. This clinic team is comprised of amazing professional therapists. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I have to give a huge shoutout to the team at Elle's. I seen Kelsey for pelvic floor therapy during my pregnancy and my experience has been phenomenal and super helpful to prepare me for the birth of my son. I had my postpartum assessment today and of course had to bring my 3 month old and well... he was not having the best day. He was extremely upset during my appointment and the team at Elle's took him out of the treatment room and held him until he was happy again so Kelsey could continue. I can't say enough how thankful I am for this welcoming space as a new Mom. That experience aside, Pelvic Floor Health isn't talked about enough! I'm so thankful that this was available to me during pregnancy and after. I highly recommend booking an appointment at Elle Physio.
