Kelsey Lee is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, who brings warmth, compassion, and genuine care to her work with adults, couples, and families. She supports clients through life’s challenges—whether it’s anxiety, stress, relationship struggles, cultural identity questions, or major transitions—by creating a safe and collaborative space where people feel truly heard. Her goal is to help clients discover healthier ways to navigate obstacles and build stronger, more meaningful connections with themselves and others.
Kelsey’s multicultural background shapes much of her practice. Born in Malaysia and raised in Vancouver from the age of ten, she understands the complexities of holding multiple identities and the unique challenges many first-generation Canadians face. This lived experience inspires her commitment to making counselling welcoming and stigma-free, especially for those from communities where mental health is less openly discussed.
With a Master of Counselling (President’s Honours) from City University of Seattle and continued training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Relational Life Therapy, CBT, EFT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, Kelsey draws on a range of evidence-based tools to meet each client’s unique needs. Outside of work, she recharges by walking Vancouver’s scenic trails, staying active with boxing or Pilates, and spending quality time with loved ones.
