About Kelly

I have been a Registered Massage Therapist with the CMTO since 2016 and have had the privilege of working in a variety of clinical and wellness settings throughout my career. No two bodies tell the same story, so no two treatments should be exactly alike. I believe in listening to what your body is asking for and creating a treatment that reflects your goals, comfort level, and what your tissues need that day. Over the years I've collected a wide variety of tools (and a few tricks up my sleeve!), allowing me to blend massage therapy with techniques such as Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Reiki, and nervous system-focused approaches—always with your consent and tailored to your individual needs. If there's one thing you'll learn about me, it's that I love to learn. I'm the kind of person who happily disappears down research rabbit holes and signs up for "just one more course." My treatments continue to evolve as I do, so my toolbox is always growing right alongside my curiosity. When I'm not in the treatment room, you'll usually find me in the garden (when my back decides to cooperate), wandering local nature trails and smiling at every dog that passes by, lovingly pestering my grown kids to text me back or curled up binge-watching a good TV series.
