Kelly graduated from The West Coast College of Massage Therapy where she gained knowledge in a variety of techniques used throughout her treatments including; Swedish, fascial, manual release, active and passive techniques and neuromuscular facilitation.
Kelly believes the body and mind are treated as one entity; encouraging her clients to use their treatment to reset, recover and refocus.
