I am an Anishnaabe Metis woman. I have my masters degree in social work, and have been working in the field in various capacities for 15 years. My purpose here in this life is to help the people. I work with the land to connect to the medicines we were given (air / earth / fire / water / moon / sun / animal kin / plant kin). I am guided by my teachings and use traditional methods of healing to work with trauma, grief, addictions and disconnection. I believe when we take care of our spirits, our spirits will take care of our mind and body. I maintain a holistic worldview in my life and can see the beauty in all of creation. My goal is to connect one to spirit so that they too can see their world as a blessing. Each day is a full of lessons and opportunities to grow and shine. I aim to hold space and guide them out of the dark spaces and immerse them in a world of peace, harmony, gratitude, and love. Come join me as we journey together to find balance and wholeness through community, connection, and ceremony.
