About Kelly

Kelly Fleming is a Registered Physiotherapist (in Ontario, Canada), Pelvic Health Coach (outside of Ontario, Canada) and the founder of Northern Pelvic Connection. She is passionate about supporting women with their pelvic health at every stage of life (prenatal, postpartum, peri & post-menopause, pre & post-surgery) and for a variety of conditions (PMOS/PCOS, prolapse, overactive bladder syndrome, incontinence, low back/hip/pelvic pain, dyspareunia/vaginismus, endometriosis, constipation, incomplete emptying and bowel control issues). With extensive training not only in pelvic health, but also orthopaedics/sports injuries, she can treat pain anywhere in the body. As a graduate of the University of Toronto and in good-standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, she continues to strive for excellence with her patients and clients. She has worked in private practice as a pelvic health and orthopaedic clinician since 2017. She is rostered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario to perform internal pelvic examinations and acupuncture. She has had the privilege of working with First Nations individuals in their home communities, and has taken courses to learn about the delivery of culturally safe and trauma-informed physiotherapy sessions. She believes in taking the time to deliver evidence-based and personalized care to all individuals with compassion.
