Hi! My name is Keitlyn. I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. I believe healing happens through supportive relationships, and I feel honoured to walk alongside clients as they move toward meaningful change. I am a student therapist completing my Master’s in Counselling Psychology, with a background in Social Work, and training as a Therapeutic Play Practitioner through the Rocky Mountain Play Therapy Institute. I work with individuals across the lifespan and aim to create a space where people feel heard, understood, and respected. I have experience as a school-based counsellor in both school and community settings, supporting children and families. I also welcome adults and couples seeking support with connection, communication, and relationship challenges. My work is grounded in developmentally informed and attachment-focused approaches, recognising how early experiences shape how we see ourselves, others, and our relationships. I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach, often incorporating play, creativity, and conversation to support meaningful growth.
