About Keith

Keith graduated from The University of Sydney in Australia and has experience working with a variety of cases from the general population, post-op patients, individuals in car-accidents, and semi-professional athletes. He also has a special interest in shoulder and knee injuries as well as concussion/vestibular cases. Keith likes to incorporate a mixture of hands-on manual therapy, individualized movement/exercise prescription, and education in order to optimize patient goals. Sports and activity have been an integral part of Keith’s life growing up. He’s spent most of the last decade as a swim and aquatic fitness instructor while also being the team athletic trainer for SFU’s varsity men’s basketball team. Keith has found a way to incorporate his love for sports and fitness with education in a variety of media. In his free time Keith enjoys staying active through recreational sports, weightlifting, running, cycling, hiking and camping. No matter what your goals are, Keith will be sure to work with you and get you there!
