About Keith
I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in recurring patterns and want practical tools for meaningful change. Counselling often begins when something in life no longer feels like it’s working the way it once did. You might feel stuck in patterns, overwhelmed by stress, or struggling in relationships. In our work together we explore the patterns between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Often the strategies that once helped us cope no longer fit where we are now. My role is to help you better understand those patterns and begin developing new ways of responding that support the life you want to build.
My approach is collaborative and practical. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, Emotion Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method for couples. Sessions focus on understanding patterns, building emotional awareness, improving communication, and developing tools you can apply outside of therapy.
I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I also support people living with chronic pain or long-term health conditions. My goal is to offer a thoughtful, supportive space where clients can gain clarity and move forward with greater confidence.
Outside of the clinical space, cooking and food, in general, are some of my biggest passions. If I am not in the kitchen you may find me outside running, hiking or enjoying the sun. Beyond that, I am a nerdy person with interests in board games, video games, and movies. If it’s nerdy, there is a good chance it’s for me!
