About Keelia
Keelia graduated with distinction from TriOs College (formerly the International Academy of Massage) in early 2024. Before pursuing massage therapy, she dedicated much of her life to dance, training first as a competitive dancer and later as a professional. Movement remains central to her life, and she is passionate about helping people feel and move better in their bodies. She takes a holistic approach to treatment, seeking to understand the different aspects that may contribute to an individual's current experience, and formulating a treatment and home care plan that is unique to their needs.
Her treatments combine a range of massage techniques including swedish massage, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation and others. She has worked with people from diverse backgrounds and walks in life and welcomes anyone looking to improve their wellbeing.
Outside of the clinic she enjoys hiking, camping, reading, dancing and spending time with friends and family.
