Kaylee grew up in Cochrane, Alberta, before attending the University of British Columbia’s Okanagan Campus, where she completed her Bachelor of Human Kinetics. With a specialization in Clinical Exercise Physiology, she quickly understood the impact exercise has on the body and how it may be used to improve one's overall health and well-being.
Since graduating, Kaylee has developed a keen interest in strength and conditioning, gaining valuable experience working with both general and athletic populations. As a professional kinesiologist, she is passionate about improving quality of life by addressing individual concerns related to posture, past injuries, and other barriers to physical activity that prevent people from doing the things they love.
Kaylee finds fulfillment in working with individuals from all walks of life, with differing goals and aspirations - whether they’re sports-related, fitness-oriented, lifestyle-driven, or rehabilitative. She places emphasis on the significance of personalization, striving to ensure the unique needs and preferences of all her clients are met.
In her free time, Kaylee enjoys spending time outdoors - golfing in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.
