Katrina believes psychotherapy offers a unique opportunity to engage in self and interpersonal exploration and to make meaningful connections in our lives. It is a place where together, you can navigate life’s many challenges and work to develop strength and resilience. She strives to offer a safe and supportive space in which to process, heal, and grow, and work to bring insight, awareness, and self-compassion into the therapy space. She utilizes an integrative client-centered, trauma and attachment-informed approach and tailor therapy to each individual person. Katrina is a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO and completed her MEd. in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy at the University of Toronto.
