Inspired by her own chronic pain and running injuries, Katie pursued a career in physiotherapy to help others overcome similar challenges. She treats her clients holistically, recognizing the mind-body connection to pain, and aims to address both physical and psychological aspects. With a keen interest in body mechanics, movement, and holding patterns, Katie incorporates these elements into her treatment approach. In her free time, Katie enjoys hiking, trail running, and taking road trips with her dogs, making the most of living in Squamish and exploring the beautiful outdoors and mountains.
