Kathy Skeete has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2002, bringing over 20 years of hands-on experience to her practice.
She is known for her thoughtful, personalized approach, helping clients feel relaxed, supported, and more at ease in their bodies.
Kathy specializes in cupping therapy, myofascial techniques, and Indian head massage, often blending modalities to create treatments tailored to each individual’s needs. She believes that truly listening to the body is key to effective care and takes a practical, intuitive approach to every session.
As someone who prioritizes regular movement and strength-based workouts, Kathy understands firsthand the importance of staying active and caring for the body over the long term. Whether a client is seeking relief from tension, improved mobility, recovery support, or simply time to unwind, her goal is to provide a comfortable, positive, and restorative experience.
Outside of the treatment room, Kathy enjoys challenging herself through regular workouts, staying strong and mobile, and unwinding with a good book. She is excited to bring her depth of experience, skill, and passion for massage therapy to Luminate Co and to support clients on their wellness journeys.
