As a Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist (CRTS®) and Lifestyle 55+ Affiliate Service Provider, I support older adults, caregivers, and families through the transitions of aging by helping them age well in both health and home.
Drawing on more than 27 years of experience in healthcare, education, and wellness, I help clients navigate changing lifestyles through personalized guidance and supportive services related to home organization, downsizing, aging-in-place planning, safety and accessibility, retirement, caregiving, and moving transitions.
Following the completion of additional specialized training, I will also be offering services focused on helping adults 55+ build and maintain strength, balance, and mobility to support healthy aging, reduce the risk of injury, and promote independence and confidence through every stage of life.
My approach focuses on creating supportive environments and lifestyle solutions that promote mobility, safety, well-being, independence, and quality of life at every stage of aging.
