My name is Kathleen and I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Accredited Music Therapist. If you are here, perhaps you are looking for support in navigating life's roadblocks, seemingly big or small. I believe that everyone has the strengths and resources to create change and healing in their own life. I specialize in supporting people who are experiencing issues related to anxiety and complex trauma. Many of my clients are working on things like their people-pleasing, perfectionism, or how they can improve their relationship with themselves and others. My own lived experiences with mental health issues have shaped who I am as a therapist. Many of my own first hand experiences with therapy and how it can help have informed how I want to show up for the people I work with.
