About Kathleen

I believe that therapy should be a safe place for a client to be able to share their feelings and behaviours. My approach to psychotherapy is one of compassion, understanding and empathy in a nonjudgmental manner. I believe that we can work together in a cooperative therapeutic relationship. Life brings many ups and downs and we can work together to help navigate these challenging situations. Most of my experience has been in an academic setting, through Yorkville University. I also have received a Certificate of Criminal Behaviour and Psychology from Georgian College. I also have a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Toronto Metropolitan University.
